JETYD RMA POLICY

 

JETYD will accept returns as a customer accommodation under the following conditions:

  1. A customer request for a RMA is required within 30 days of the billing invoice date.

  2. Product must be returned within 30 days of the RMA date for Domestic Customers and 60 days for International customers.

  3. Customer will receive credit only for product included on the RMA and in sellable condition.

  4. A 15% restocking fee will be charged, except under special circumstances with approval from Management.

  5. Customer pays all freight charges.

  6. JETYD will not accept returns on special order, non-stocking, made to order, or cancelation of third party customer orders.

JETYD will accept returns due to a product quality issue under the following conditions:

  1. Customer notifies JETYD of a quality issue and JETYD will initiate NCR.

  2. JETYD will issue a RMA to return the item. JETYD will issue a credit memo following receipt of the defective item. (If replacement product is requested, JETYD will invoice for the new shipment and issue credit upon receipt of defective product.) Return of defective product by International customers will be at the discretion of JETYD personnel based on product value and freight cost for return.

  3. JETYD pays all freight.

  4. If it is determined that the product was misused, or deemed not defective upon inspection, customer can be charged back freight cost.

JETYD will accept returns due to issues not related to product quality under the following conditions (shipping errors or order entry errors on the part of JETYD):

  1. A customer request for RMA is received within 30 days of the billing invoice date.

  2. Product is returned within 30 days of the RMA date for Domestic customers and 60 days for International customers.

  3. Customer will receive a credit only for product returned in sellable condition. (If the correct item is still needed, JETYD will invoice for the new shipment and issue credit upon receipt of wrong shipment.) Return of product by International customers will be at the discretion of JETYD personnel based on product value and freight cost for return.

  4. JETYD will pay freight charges for the return.
